MYTH: "Minimum Commission Companies" don't have as many people working for them, so they won't sell your home as fast

TRUTH: When you list your home with a "Full Commission Broker" the only person who works to get your listing sold is the person you listed your home with, no matter how many people the "Full Commission Broker" has working in their office.

The unfortunate fact is, if the Agent you listed your home with is just an average realtor, then you're about to receive  average service.
