Hello Rob- Thanks so much for the report. Definitely interesting information in there. I found the website very informative and I will use some of the tips in the future (if/when I decide to list). It is great to see hints on what or what not to do with your home when trying to sell, things to look for in an agent, etc. As we went through all of this last year when we were playing the real estate game, we realize that any bit of helpful information is greatly appreciated! At this time, we are not too serious about selling our home as we are content with the neighbourhood, but real estate is in my blood and I can't help but think about "what if.." situations.
